TROPICAL SALAD
Ingredients (4 people)
Middle small melon A quarter of a pineapple A slice of watermelon An Orange
A CucumberOlive OilDijon mustardA kiwiSaltTwo EndiveNutsA small pot of caviarHoney
Steps:
Step 1: Peel the piece of melon and pineapple, orange, kiwi, watermelon, cucumber and cut into small pieces
Step 2: Wash the endives and cut
Step 3: Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a beaker and mix with a little honey, Dijon mustard, salt and primienta. Beat well with a fork until everything is well mixed
Step 4: Place the fruit and endive in a bowl. Put a bit of caviar, and pour the dressing over the top. Garnish with a few nuts.
Step 5: Serve immediately.
CHILENA SALAD
Ingredients: (2 persons)
2 medium onions3 tomatoesPepper (or fresh hot pepper) 2 stalks fresh parsleySalt, pepperOlive oil, vinegar
Steps:
Step 1: Chop the onion, put it to soak in hot water with vinegar for half an hour. Drain on absorbent paper and sece.
Step 2: Peel the tomatoes fine and cut it lengthwise into pieces.
Step 3: Chop the pepper and stir in onion and tomato, seasoned with salt, pepper and good olive oil of the highest quality.
Step 4: Watch Top with fresh parsley.
